The flip-tray sorter is composed of a series of trays, the trays are hinged structure, inclined to the left or right. When the row of trays loaded with merchandise reaches a certain position, the tray tilts and the merchandise is overturned into the chute next to it. This sorter has few restrictions on the shape and size of the sorted products, and is limited to not exceeding the tray. Long products can be placed across two plates, and both plates are tilted at the same time when dumping. The flap type automatic sorting machine can often adopt ring-shaped continuous conveying and occupy a small area.
