The production line starts with the spraying and hanging process. In this step, operators or automated equipment accurately install the door panels to be sprayed on special hangers. After spraying, the door panels enter the hanging process. The hanging operation needs to be cautious to prevent the surface of the sprayed door panels from being damaged. The operator removes the door panels from the hanger and conducts a preliminary quality inspection to check whether there are any spraying defects, such as spray leakage, sagging, particles, etc. For minor defects found, they can be repaired in time to ensure that the spraying quality of the door panels meets the standard requirements.

The last step is the packing process. The door panels that have been sprayed and quality inspected are transported to the packing area in an orderly manner. In this area, the door panels are packaged using appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods according to their size and packaging requirements. Foam boards, bubble bags and other cushioning materials are usually used to protect the door panels to prevent collisions and scratches during transportation and storage. Then, the packaged door panels are neatly packed into the packaging boxes, and the boxes are sealed and labeled. Sealing ensures the sealing and firmness of the packaging boxes, and the labels indicate the relevant information of the door panels, such as product model, specifications, quantity, production date, etc., to facilitate product identification and traceability.
