After welding is completed, quality inspection is an indispensable link. Through non-destructive testing technology, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, etc., the weld is inspected for internal and surface defects. Ultrasonic testing can detect defects such as pores and cracks inside the weld, while magnetic particle testing is mainly used to detect surface and near-surface cracks. At the same time, it is also necessary to conduct an appearance inspection to check whether the size of the weld meets the requirements, whether the surface is smooth and flat, and whether there are defects such as undercuts and pores. Only products that have passed strict testing can enter the subsequent assembly and commissioning stage to ensure that the air compressor can work stably and reliably during operation, providing strong guarantees for the normal operation of the air compressor system.
