The preheating device can properly heat the surface of the door panel to improve the fluidity and adhesion of the glue; the pressing device compacts the glue layer after glue application, removes bubbles, and makes the glue and the door panel tightly combined to enhance the sealing performance.

After gluing, the processing line usually has an inspection link. The quality of gluing is checked by visual inspection system or other inspection methods, including the width, continuity, uniformity of the glue line, and whether there is glue leakage. For products that fail the inspection, they will be marked or fed back in time for subsequent processing or rework.

Finally, the unloading link is to remove the elevator door panels that have been glued and tested and passed from the processing line for subsequent assembly or packaging. The unloading process also needs to ensure the safety and integrity of the door panels to avoid damage to the glued surface.
